If your property has had previous issues with flooding or subsidence or is considered to be within a high-risk area, you will need flood insurance to protect your home.

What you can choose from?

High Net Worth Insurance

Who is it for?

Homeowners, tenants, leaseholders.

Why do you need it?

Larger or unique properties, or those with a high level of valuable items, can sometimes benefit from specialist high net worth house insurance, or high net worth contents insurance, that offers more appropriate cover and allows for higher values than a standard policy.

What you can choose from?

We can discuss your home or contents in detail and offer advice as to what policy would be most relevant. We can also visit your property if required to ensure you will be sufficiently covered with the high net worth insurance we recommend. Suggestions can also be offered as to improvements that will reduce the risk, potentially resulting in lower premiums.

Listed Buildings Insurance

Who is it for?

Owners of period, listed or heritage homes and properties, tenants, leaseholders.

Why do you need it?

Listed buildings require specialist listed building insurance. Your insurer should be made aware of any relevant details, such as the age of the building and materials of construction. The listed features that make the property special can also be those that leave it vulnerable and most in need of comprehensive insurance.

What you can choose from?

Some insurers may decline to offer cover due to significantly higher repair time and costs, plus the specialist building materials and methods often required to repair or rebuild correctly. We have access to many different insurers that can arrange the most relevant cover for your listed building whether your property is in a conservation area, is grade II or even grade I listed.

Why do you need it?

If you’re planning extensive renovations to your property or building a home from scratch, then it’s worth considering specific self-build insurance before you get started.

What you can choose from?

Self-build house insurance will provide a much higher level of cover compared to standard renovation insurance, which often only insures against specified risks. We can arrange an all-risk policy which could include cover for building materials, cost of the project, hired tools or machinery, site huts and caravans and public liability for the site.

We can arrange a bespoke policy that matches your exact needs and covers all those potential problems you hope won’t happen!
